The PGSI staff is led by Joyce Billingsley. Joyce has been with PGSI since 1985 and has been the Administrator since 1995. Dedicated to service and high returns for her clients, Joyce has served in numerous positions of leadership with the state and national Radiology Business Management Association, as well as continuous education and involvement with other healthcare management associations.  Joyce is committed to the medical billing industry and is a proven leader.


Kathy Anderson is the Operations Manager.  Kathy has been with PGSI since 1984.  The Operations Manager position is a pivotal position in the company and requires keen attention to details. Kathy earned her Radiology Coding Certificate in 2004 and is well versed in coding and compliance protocols.


PGSI's support staff is comprised of highly trained, experienced personnel able to serve your practice and your patients with their professional expertise and friendly customer service. They receive ongoing training to keep current with important industry and payor trends that may affect your reimbursement.
